TUNA!
A pastor in the US who is a friend of mine recently sent me this message which i would like to share with you all.

Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the father, even so we should also walk in newness of life.

This verse talks about walking in newness of life.  It talks about taking action and not sitting still.  Do you know what happens when you simply stop moving?  You become inanimate, lethargic, and eventually you die!

I know you still wonder what this has to do with tuna, right?
  • TUNA is the most popular eating fish in the USA.
  • TUNA is a member of the mackerel family.
  • TUNA ranges in size from almost 2 feet - 14 feet.
  • Only 4 species are used for food.
  • TUNA breathes through gills like other fish, but unlike other fish it is unable to pump water over the gills.  therefore it must swim constantly or suffocate from its own inactivity.
In other words folks it will die!  The tuna will die if it stops moving.  And my friends, many Christians are just like a tuna, suffocating from their own inactivity.  You cannot expect to lead a sinner to the altar if the life you lead is worse than theirs.

Are you suffering from inactivity? from Spiritual paralysis? Is your life like that of a tuna?  Christ rising up from the dead means we are raised up from the death of Spiritual paralysis so we should walk in the newness of life - renew your walk with the Lord, make this year one of revival and Spiritual fitness.
