Pete and Gill Read have been the associate pastors at King’s Community Church since 1999. Pete’s areas of gifting are teaching, preaching, leadership and pastoral ministry. He has an innate ability to combine a desire to dig deeper into the truths of the Bible with a passion to make them life-applicable. Fusing these truths with fun and humour keeps everyone awake while learning!

Pete is a regular lecturer at the Nazarene Theological College in Manchester.

Gill has a warm compassionate heart, especially for families. She loves to encourage people in their faith journey and is committed to provoking followers of Christ to share His love and power beyond the confines of the church building.

Pete and Gill have three children: Tim, Jonny and Abi.
