“For Zion’s sake I will not hold MY peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until her righteousness goes forth as brightness and her salvation as a lamp that burns.  The gentiles shall see your rightousness, and all kings your glory.  You shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD will name.
Isaiah 62: 1-2

This passage speaks of the future Jerusalem which will be characterized by righteousness and brightness, to be recognized by all nations of the earth.  We also read that she will be beautiful, never again to be left desolate, and will be GOD’s special joy and delight.  There is no other city like Jerusalem, because GOD has chosen to make her HIS dwelling place.

It would be great if you would join us as we pray, give thanks and honour to GOD our heavenly Father.  For HE says blessed are you who upholds HIS people ISRAEL and who will build up Jerusalem.

May praise and glory of HIS Holy Name flow out of Zion into all the nations.
